Riyadh Air has started nonstop flights between King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. The first flight left Riyadh on September 2, 2026, and arrived in Bangkok on September 3. Bangkok is the airline’s 14th destination placed on sale, according to Riyadh Air’s August ticket-sales announcement.
The route operates three times a week for now. Departures from King Khalid International Airport run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Returns from Bangkok run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Launch coverage citing the airline says frequency is due to increase to daily service on November 9, 2026.
Published schedules list outbound RX0853 leaving Riyadh at 22:15 and arriving in Bangkok at 09:35 the next day. Return RX0854 leaves Bangkok at 16:55 and arrives in Riyadh at 20:15. The airline operates the route with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft in Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy.
Tickets are available through the Riyadh Air website, mobile app, and preferred travel providers.
