A 284-room Hilton Hotels & Resorts property at Scanport is planned next to Copenhagen Airport in Denmark and is expected to open in 2029. Scandic Hotels Group will operate the hotel under a franchise agreement with Hilton.

The full-service hotel is planned with a restaurant and bar, meeting and event facilities, wellness amenities, and a fitness area. An executive lounge will overlook the Öresund Strait.
The Scanport area is about 500 meters from Kastrup Metro station on line M2. Copenhagen Airport station, at the end of Terminal 3, is the next stop, and M2 trains continue to Christianshavn, Kongens Nytorv, and Nørreport in the city center. The ride from the airport to central Copenhagen takes about 14 minutes, with trains every 4 to 6 minutes during the day and evening and every 15 to 20 minutes at night. From Terminal 3, trains also run to Copenhagen Central Station in about 15 minutes, and taxis pick up directly outside the terminal. For other places to stay near the terminals, compare all Copenhagen airport hotels.
The Copenhagen project is the first hotel announced under a multi-year development agreement between Hilton and Scandic, made public on October 19, 2026. The agreement covers Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland and focuses on individual new projects rather than a broad conversion of Scandic’s existing hotels.
Scandic already operates three Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties in Helsinki: Hilton Helsinki Airport, Hilton Helsinki Strand, and Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa. A multi-phase refurbishment of Hilton Helsinki Airport is planned. The two companies also intend to introduce benefits for Hilton Honors and Scandic Friends members, with details to be announced later.
Construction of the Scanport hotel will begin once the remaining pending conditions have been met.
