Hilton Istanbul Airport opened on August 12, 2026, adding a 485-room hotel directly beside Istanbul Airport. The property is Hilton’s 100th hotel in Türkiye and the first internationally branded hotel located next to airport grounds in the country.
The newly built hotel stands approximately 150 meters from the airport terminal doors, according to Hilton. The airport metro station is also opposite the property, providing a public transportation connection toward central Istanbul for travelers combining an overnight airport stay with time in the city.
The opening
Hilton Istanbul Airport has 485 guest rooms and suites, including accommodations with views across the airport runways. The interiors use natural stone, metallic finishes, and other materials intended to reference Istanbul’s historic neighborhoods, modern skyline, and the colors of the Marmara Sea.
Dining is centered on OXBO, a Hilton restaurant concept that is being introduced in Türkiye for the first time. The brand operates in three formats at the hotel: a restaurant, café, and 24-hour bar.
Wellness facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and spa with three treatment rooms. Two treatment rooms are intended for individual guests and one for couples. The fitness center is accessible around the clock using a guest room key card, while the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath operate during scheduled hours.
An executive lounge overlooks the airport runways and gates. The hotel also has eight meeting rooms and a ballroom with seating for up to 250 people.
What this means for travelers
Hilton Istanbul Airport is located at Tayakadin Mahallesi, Terminal Caddesi No. 13 in Istanbul’s Arnavutkoy district. The property is managed by Hilton and owned by TAYA Real Estate Investment and Management.
