GO Is World’s Largest Airport Shuttle Company

August 7, 2007 by Travel News Editor

GO Airport Shuttle, Inc., a new international airport transport company, has become the world’s largest door-to-door airport shuttle company by combining forty independent companies under one corporate structure. The GO brand green and white logo will soon be seen on the 3,765 shared-ride vehicles that formerly operated under different company names.

All GO operations will use the same centralized corporate on-line reservation system, providing ease of access for individuals and a standard booking and billing system for corporations. A customer can book shuttle transportation for both the departure and arrival airports by visiting one site or making one phone call.

The reservation system and corporate identity are licensed to the local companies under the GO umbrella. The local companies are still independently owned and operated, but must adhere to corporate operating standards.

“Local ownership assures customers they will receive the same high level of customer service in every location,” says Paul Seeger, president of GO Airlink Shuttle in New York and GO executive director. “With GO, the boss is always nearby to make sure the passenger experience is comfortable, affordable and on time.”

GO operates at 110 airports in eight countries. The company carries nearly 29 million passengers per year in the United States, Canada, Mexico, England, France, Italy, Scotland and Spain.

For reservations, visit http://www.goairportshuttle.com or call 877-544-GOGO (4646).
