January 11, 2025 by Travel News Editor

Crowne Plaza Sydney AirportCrowne Plaza Sydney Airport has opened its doors, marking a significant enhancement in premium accommodations for travelers passing through Sydney.

The hotel features 252 guestrooms, each thoughtfully designed with earthy tones, bronze light fixtures, and leather headboards to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. These rooms were part of a transformative AUD$15 million refurbishment completed in 2022, aimed at restoring, inspiring, and rejuvenating guests during their stay.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a newly unveiled ground floor reception area. This space offers a fresh take on the traditional hotel lobby, featuring open reception pods, a striking feature wall, and large-scale pendant lighting, setting the tone for a modern, design-led experience.

While the hotel’s restaurants and bars are currently undergoing extensive reimagining to align with the latest dining trends, they are set to relaunch in the coming months. In the meantime, guests can enjoy 24-hour room service, ensuring dining convenience at any hour.

For those looking to maintain their fitness routine, the hotel offers a 24-hour gym and sauna. Business travelers and event organizers will appreciate the six meetings and event spaces, which boast floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and private bar facilities, accommodating a variety of functions and gatherings.

Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport offers a daily shuttle service for convenient transfers between the hotel and Sydney Airport’s domestic and international terminals, operating from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The service is available for $12 per person, per trip, ensuring seamless pick-up and drop-off.

Other hotels at Sydney airport include Aerotel Sydney – International Terminal 1, Pullman Sydney Airport and Citadines Connect Sydney Airport.
